KnowBe4 has announced the appointment of Veena Bricker as KnowBe4’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Reporting to CEO Bryan Palma, Bricker will lead the organization’s overarching people strategy, championing global recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training programs, as well as developing an inclusive culture.
A seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience, Bricker has a proven track record of driving organizational growth and building employment brands. She has worked across the technology industry, largely in private equity portfolio companies, where she guided organizations through IPOs, transactions and strategic exits.

Most recently Bricker served as Chief People Officer at Flexential. Prior to that she held positions as Principal and Managing Director of Blake Street Group, CHRO of Optiv Security Inc., and senior leadership positions at CoreSite, Avaya, McDATA, and Qwest Cyber Solutions.
